Exchange Policy

We only exchange items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Due to the dropshipping model, we do not offer size or color exchanges unless the item received differs from the one ordered.

Steps for exchange:

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days after delivery.

  2. Provide proof (photos/videos) of the issue.

  3. We will send you the return instructions or ship a new item directly.
